Patricia Mutschler

Senior Policy Advisor to the CMTS
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Patricia Mutschler has worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 19 years.  She has served in the Philadelphia District, the Baltimore District as the Senior Economic Policy Advisor; the Institute for Water Resources and at the headquarters in both the Office of Water Project Review and the Great Lakes and Ohio River Regional Integration Team.   Pat has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from Johns Hopkins University.  In addition to her duties on the Executive Secretariat, Pat serves as a senior navigation subject matter expert for the Operations Community of Practice at the USACE headquarters.  She also serves on the Advisory Board for Environmental Engineering for the Johns Hopkins Engineering and Applied Science Program for Professionals.
