The CMTS Working Group for Mariner Mental Health has updated the Mariner Mental Health Resources catalog for United States Mariners

The CMTS Working Group for Mariner Mental Health has updated the "COVID-19 Working Group's Mental Health Resources for U.S. Merchant Mariners and Critical Workforce in the MTS." The Mental Health Resources catalog provides US. Mariners with links to federal and non-federal information pertaining to mental health topics as well as help line phone numbers. Included in the catalog are information and resources on anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, stress, trauma, PTSD, drug and alcohol abuse, and various other mental health stresses. Lastly, recent peer-reviewed studies on mariner mental health have also been added.
