* Priority 2: Capitalize on our maritime partnerships to advance recruitment, retention, and diversification of the MTS workforce.
* Priority 3: Leverage technology toward a resilient and climate-ready MTS, for advancements in technology that can us ensure a sustainable MTS, and
* Priority 4: Improve the efficiency, safety, and security across the MTS, with larger and more ships, to ensure that that system is maintained and effectively managed.
Under RADM Arguin's leadership, the CMTS will continue to build on the communication and collaboration that exists within the Coordinating Board to address the most pressing challenges facing the U.S. MTS.
